Custom Assets Specifications

Hi everyone!

This article summarizes all of the information you need for your custom assets!

First of all - a few tips!

• The file's name should not include spaces or special characters.
• Every asset file should be placed inside a category folder in the designated Assets folder. For example, if I created a custom "Compliment" animation, I will place it in: Assets > Animations > Compliment > MyFile.*

The following video demonstrates how to download an overlay file from your email, save it to the preset pack and load the asset to your preset:

*You can create a new folder or use an existing category folder, as you desire. Make sure there are no spaces or special characters in the file's\folder's name.

**Thumbnails and Backgrounds files can be placed all together in the relevant asset folder (not have to be in a category folder).

Workflow Animations	PNG GIF JPG\JPEG MP4 MOV APNG (see this article for more information)*	Transparent files: any size. We recommend minimum 563x1000 Non-transparent files: according to your screen resolution. *Please note that APNG files are a bit heavy. The preset pack's given files' resolution is 563x1000. * The APNG file format is pretty heavy. We recommend loading videos to your animation states. Please note that if you use a Mac and decide to Airdrop it, it will automatically save it to camera roll first. This action can damage the file (animations in specific) and prevent it from loading in the workflow. We recommend transferring the file via email.
