In this article, we will show you a quick solution to a common problem

Most of you know this issue, everything is working fine when all of a sudden the printer is not printing and you get the notice "Printer Offline".
In this case either your printer is off or something went wrong with Windows Print Spooler.
What is a print spooler?
"a Print Spooler is a program responsible for managing all print jobs currently being sent to the computer printer or print server. The print spooler program may allow a user to delete a print job being processed or otherwise manage the print jobs currently waiting to be printed."
Usually, when this happens you need to restart the Print Spooler Service from windows services.
How to restart the Print Spooler
Option 1:
Download the attached file "Printer.bat".
Place the "Printer.bat" file in your Documents folder.
Right-click on the "Printer.bat" file and choose to create a shortcut for it.
Place the shortcut on your Desktop, right-click on it > Choose "Properties". In the Shortcut tab click on the "Advanced" button and put a checkmark on "Run as Administrator".
That's it. Whenever your printer goes offline, simply run the "Printer - Shortcut" file, allow it to run and within a few moments the printer will be back online!
Option 2:
click + R > Services.msc
Or Type "Services" in your windows search bar
Look for "Print Spooler"
